Abstract

The authors have ascertained that the development of acute renal failure in the simulation of acute peritonitis is associated with changes in lipid metabolism and coagulationlytic system of kidney tissue structures. The basis of high nefroprotective effect of complex therapy is its ability to recover functional and metabolic state of kidneys rapidly and efficiently. The positive effect of the combination is also due to the decrease of coagulation potential and the increase of fibrinolytic activity of blood plasma and tissue structures of kidneys.
